Partnerships for creators with disabilities
Support for creators with disabilities at Helabetter starts with your work. We support PcD creators with sponsorship, joint projects and prizes for their audience. The formats and terms are the same as for any other creator. Accessibility is part of the partnership. It is not charity.
How support for creators with disabilities works
You apply the same way as everyone else. You tell us about your content and your ideas. We look at engagement, how your audience responds to you, and how regularly you publish. A creator with a small, active audience can apply. Then we talk about the project. We also ask one more question: what would make this partnership easier for you to work in? That is the conversation about accessibility. It covers things like how you prefer to communicate and how the project is planned. The partnership then runs on the same terms as every other one. Terms are agreed with you before anything is published.
What we offer
Sponsorship
Financial support for your content and projects — on the same terms as every other creator.
Accessibility
Part of the partnership: captions, audio descriptions and alt text — we talk them through with you.
Joint projects
Projects made with you that help you reach a new audience.
Representation without pity
Creators with disabilities make content about every topic: lifestyle, music, games, sport, education and more. Your disability may be part of your content, or it may not. That choice is yours. We do not look for sad stories or stories of struggle. We look for good content made by someone with a clear voice. Your work is the subject, not your condition. Your audience came for your work, and we want the partnership to show that work the way you do.
Accessibility is part of the partnership
You can raise accessibility at any point: before the project, during it, or when plans change. Accessibility means your content and your working process fit how you and your audience take things in. Here are examples that creators often find useful:
- Captions on videos.
- Spoken descriptions of what is on screen, for people who cannot see it.
- Clear audio without background noise.
- A short, plain summary at the start of a long post.
- Alt text on images.
These are suggestions that help your audience, and we are glad to talk about them. Helabetter does not pay for accessibility tools or services. The support we give is for your project, in the same way as for other creators.
What a partnership can look like
The ideas are the same as for any creator. Here are a few examples:
You do not need a diagnosis
We do not ask what your disability is. We do not ask for medical documents or certificates.
You may be a creator with a physical, hearing, visual, intellectual or psychosocial disability. You may be autistic. You may prefer to say nothing about it. You choose what to share. You can read how we handle application data on our privacy page. We use your data only to contact you.

Helabetter merch for partners

How to apply in a way that suits you
The application form asks for plain information. You can answer at your own pace. Have these ready:
- Your main profile and other links to other active platforms.
- A few sentences about yourself.
- Your idea for a project.
- Your contact details.
- An approximate audience-size range.
- An email address and WhatsApp contact.
Apply in the way that works for you
Your work does not need to fit a single story about disability. Share the content you make, the audience you serve and a partnership idea that suits your goals.
When you are ready, fill out the application form. Tell us about your work and your idea.
